The Role (fulltime/Part-time/Contract)
- The Sales and Marketing Team Leader is responsible for leading and expanding HelloConnekt service category catalogue; growing pipeline, providing better processes, supporting and improving the team’s overall results.
This person will play an integral part in creating and implementing helloconnekt marketing plan. In this role, you will be expected to help coordinate HelloConnekt marketing activities, including: content creation, social media activities and website management.
- Indirectly- digital marketing(social media etc)

engaging service category labor unions or professionals’ organizations

- Expand the helloconnekt service category catalogue, by recruiting, hiring and training new sub category executives.
Manage personnel activities of staff (i.e. hire, train, coach, appraise, motivate, discipline etc.).
responsible for developing vendors vetting process, training, briefing packs, tracking customer service performance management, working with category supervisors to improve provider/vendor recruitment strategies, managing categories performance.
Develop and implement sales processes and methodologies.
Generate content for HelloConnekt digital channels, including blog posts,
Coordinate key marketing activities including: SEO, advertising, email marketing
- Provide analysis and implement ongoing optimization of marketing channels.
Research, identify and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition/conversion
Manage relationships with outside vendors like advertising agencies, website production
companies and others as needed.
Maintain HelloConnekt marketing plan, with a focus on high growth
revenue and ROI for marketing costs.
- Proven track record of software sales experience in a management role, consistently
exceeding quota and meeting strategic objectives.
A strong team leader with success attracting, recruiting, retaining, and mentoring sales
Able to develop, implement and manage a sales methodology and processes, including
accurate forecasts, plans and compensation structures.
Proven record of success in a high volume transaction sales environment.
Experience using a CRM to manage leads, opportunities and accounts.
Bachelor Degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, public relations, engineering, business management
Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing or public relations role.
Experience writing and creating content in a professional setting.
Effective project management skills.
Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
