Job Description

Responsibilities

Salesforce and FinancialForce administration along with documentation and implementation of best practices
Managing technical aspects of key marketing systems to generate, distribute, and report on leads
Creating, managing, and delivering in-depth analysis, reporting, and operational support to optimize sales strategy and marketing campaigns
Performing Salesforce and FinancialForce administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses and storage management
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity, performing general database and system upgrade management
Providing automated and ad-hoc reports and analysis to teams as required
Streamlining training and documentation for new hire onboarding process
Collaborating to provide continual improvement to sales, marketing and business operations processes to drive growth

Technical Skills

Advanced expertise with Salesforce as both a user and administrator, as well as other SaaS sales efficiency technologies
Understanding of the integration between Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, as well as other integrated applications, such as Pardot and Linkedin Sales Navigator
Familiarity with FinancialForce or similar PSA tool
Strong Microsoft Excel competency
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
Programming background a plus

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of direct experience in sales, marketing and/or business operations, finance, or analytics, preferably in a B2B sales and marketing environment
Experience in the financial services industry or the FinTech space is desired, ideally within Asset Management
BA, BS or equivalent university degree in business/information systems, finance, marketing, or a related field
Salesforce Certification
