1 yr + Experience dealing with customer service or within a customer centric environment.
Experience with multiline telephones, online chatting and ticketing systems is advantageous.
Positive attitude, understanding and passionate about making people happy.
Strong attention to detail, super organised with superb time management and administration skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Full command of English.
Confident with computers – Word and Excel.
Passionate about fashion, décor, kitchen ware, gadgets or art.
